Jake Brower is a fourth-generation Orange County resident with deep roots in the local community. Following graduation from the University of Colorado with a Psychology degree, Mr. Brower earned his J.D. at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California.

Case Highlights, Trials, Results, Charges Dismissed

People v. Sophie C.:  Doctor is  accused of distributing tainted drugs and supplements. Fourteen felony charges are dismissed; defendant pleads No Contest to a single misdemeanor charge and receives informal probation sentence. No jail time.
People v. Emily G.:  Defendant charged with distributing illegal drugs to minors.  Felony charges dismissed.
People v. Rudy S.:  The charge: assault with deadly weapon on a police officer. Felony “strike” offense reduced to misdemeanor with sentence of informal probation. No jail time.
